Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Scarf, you'll be the driving force behind all of our product-focused marketing and content -- from our product launch materials to our documentation, guides, and tutorials. This role is crucial in shaping how our users and customers perceive and engage with our products, and how they learn how to get the most value out of Scarf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute our content and marketing operations around product launches.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive and intuitive product documentation, guides, and tutorials.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to identify and promote our primary solutions for common use cases.
  • Measure, track, and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives.
  • Create case studies that quickly convey our key messages.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or closely adjacent role.
  • Demonstrated experience working on technical feature / product launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the areas of open source, developer tools, and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage product launches and content creation.

  • Proven ability in writing effective and engaging copy towards multiple customer profiles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You thrive in a startup environment and are eager to make an impact at Scarf and in the open source space as a whole.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000/year plus a significant equity grant, and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
