## FAQ

| **Does Scarf charge for data ingestion or events?** | No. Data ingestion is free. Events, telemetry volume, package and download traffic, docs pixels, and CLI launch signals do not consume credits by themselves. |
| **Do aggregate exports count as runs?** | Yes. Manual exports consume Runs. |
| **Do CRM syncs count as one Run even if many companies are synced?** | Yes. The job is 1 Run. Any previously unseen named companies in that sync also consume Company Unlocks. |
| **Does a company unlock forever?** | No. A company unlock will provide real-time visibility for the given company for 1 month after the unlock date. |
| **Can I buy with a credit card?** | Yes. |
